This ice cream and sorbet maker is affordable, reliable, very easy to use and clean, and makes excellent desserts. It has a 1.5l capacity bowl and is capable of producing 0.8kg ice cream in one go, runs a powerful 6 watt motor; it has dimensions of 160 x 150 x 260cm and weighs only 2.8kg, which makes it suitable for any kitchen. There is a transparent cover and opening, which allows the user to add ingredients and observe the ice cream making process; the container could be used as a cooler, and the lid, blade, and the motor are easy to remove and clean. If you are looking for a smaller appliance that can make excellent ice cream, which is not overly expensive, does not take too much space, and is very easy to clean and use, then Simac Ga 1050 1,5L should be on the top of your list.

Our Review
The Simac GC5000 is a semi-professional ice cream makes, which can give you almost instant and delectable dessert at home. A single batch takes only 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the ingredients, and this appliance uses a patented chilling system, which ensures excellent quality of the end product. Simac GC5000 is compressor driven, so there is no need for chilling external bowls in the freezer, and the culling is even and continuous, which makes the ice cream rich and with excellent consistency. A dual-function dasher is available as well, which dasher mixes and whips the ingredients even better than much more expensive ice cream makers. The stainless steel cylinder has one liter capacity and can be removed easily for better cleaning, and the machine is capable of producing 0.7kg ice cream in one go. A single knob with three functions makes this appliance very easy to use. Simac GC5000 measures 325 x 420 x 234cm in dimension and uses ecological refrigerant fluid.
