This Magimix Gelato ice cream maker is capable of making up to two pints of ice cream or sorbet in twenty minutes time and since it has a built-in freezer, it does not require pre-freezing. The unit comes with a spare bowl and paddle and that allows you to make a few batches of ice cream one after another; as with similar ice cream makers, you will need to find this machine a permanent place in your kitchen, but this is only a slight inconvenience that is greatly outweighed by the ease of use of the Magimix Gelato and the high quality of the ice cream that it makes.
