The Panasonic BH-941P Ice Cream Maker has a capacity of 1.5 Pints and does not require pre-freezing; all you have to do is mix all the ingredients, turn it on, put it in your freezer and the ice-cream will be ready in two to five hours, depending if the container is half or entirely full. The unit is powered by Lithium batteries that are readily available and also last quite long – for up to 25 uses and they can be replaced with re-chargeable batteries as well. The ice cream that the Panasonic BH-941P makes is well aerated and with great texture, but should be removed from the freezer as soon as it’s ready otherwise it will harden further and the blade won’t be easy to remove.
