The Cuisinart ICE30 is a great quality ice cream maker with large, 2l, freezing bowl and can be used for making frozen yogurt and sorbet as well. Operating this machine is easy and straightforward and the open lid allows you to add ingredients like nuts, strawberries, or chocolate chips while the ice cream maker is in motion. The bowl is rather large, so you need a large freezer compartment in the fridge or your freezer and it should be left until it is well-froze, which usually takes at least 4-5 hours; once it is ready, the ice cream can be made in twenty to forty minutes. The Cuisinart ICE30 is also a tad noisy, but makes delicious ice cream and is very easy to use and clean.
