The Cuisinart ICE40BCU allows you to make two different batches of ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yogurt at the same time. The open lids permit products like nuts, chocolate chips, or fruits to be added while the machine is operating, and the ice cream is ready in 20 to 30 minutes time; operating this ice cream maker is a breeze and so is disassembling and cleaning it. The duo ice cream maker requires larger storage space, though, but having two freezing disks allows you to make up to 2l at the same time or alternate them in the freezer. The Cuisinart ICE40BCU is also not too noisy and comes with a free recipe book.
