This is an ice-cream maker that comes with a stainless steel bowl, which has to be kept in the freezer for 12 hours at really low temperature – once ready, take it out, put the ice cream maker together, and in 20-30 minutes time (sometimes even less) you will get a great quality finished product. The bowl is small enough to fit in any freezer and the machine is relatively easy to assemble, disassemble, and wash. The bowl can crack or get scratched when removing the ice cream, which is why you should avoid using metal spoon when doing that.
